Litle, Jeffrey D.

Jeff Litle has acted as the lead lawyer in dozens of negotiated mergers and acquisitions. He advises numerous public and private companies and private equity funds on matters such as business acquisitions, bankruptcy and distressed sales, corporate finance, restructurings, joint ventures, and fiduciary duties. Jeff's practice spans a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, automotive, trade, metals, and manufacturing.

Jeff's recent experience includes advising Sprint Nextel Corporation in its acquisition of FCC spectrum assets throughout the United States and Latin America, Raymond James Financial in its acquisition of a criminal forensics business in North Carolina, Brush Engineered Materials in its project financing for a beryllium processing plant in Northern Ohio, and National Investment Managers in its strategic acquisitions of regional pension and financial services companies.

Jeff is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.
