Manni Li focuses her practice in the area of intellectual property law. She prepares and prosecutes patent applications in the areas of biotechnology, chemical, polymer science, medical device, pharmaceutical compositions, and mechanical devices. Manni also instructs foreign associates to obtain patents before the European, Canadian, Chinese, and Mexican Patent Offices. She prepares noninfringement and right-to-use opinions, performs patentability search and reports; and conducts prior art search for invalidity opinions.

Manni represents clients in Section 337 investigations before the United States International Trade Commission and patent infringement action before the federal district court. She attends mediation and negotiation for alternative resolution of the litigations, and advises clients on license agreements. Manni also provides IP due diligence study in corporate transactions.
