Martha Wach has a broad real estate practice, representing corporate clients, private equity clients, real estate funds, financial institutions, and developers in complex acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, financing matters, and leasing. She has significant experience in multiproperty and multistate transactions. She also represents clients in loan transactions involving oil and gas collateral.
Martha's recent experience includes the acquisition of multiple oil field equipment manufacturing and repair locations for Stewart & Stevenson LLC; working on the real estate aspects of the acquisition by Gavilon, LLC of the DeBruce Companies; Kaiser Aluminum's acquisition of manufacturing facilities in Alabama and Arizona; and Davis Petroleum's $125 million revolving credit facility. Other representative clients include Dune Real Estate Fund and NRP Group.
Martha is secretary and a member of the board of The Real Estate Council and The Real Estate Council Foundation and is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section), the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Women's Leadership Council of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. She serves on United Way grant review panels and since 1995 has worked with the Dallas Bar Association's Home Project Committee, which builds a Habitat for Humanity home in Dallas each year.
