JOHN P. BIANCO is a graduate of Santa Clara University, receiving a Business Degree in Marketing in 1986. He obtained his Juris Doctorate at Whitter Law School in 1994 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. While in law school and upon graduation, he worked at a prestigious Los Angeles law firm handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, including wrongful death and medical malpractice. In 1994 he published "The Dawn of a New Standard? Assumption of Risk Doctrine in a Post-Knight California", an analysis of an area of personal injury law. In 1994, he returned to Visalia, and began his law practice with his father. Mr. Bianco is licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California and all courts in the State of California. He is a member of the Tulare County Bar, the Tulare County Trial Lawyers Association, Central California Bankruptcy Association, California Public Defenders Association and the Litigation and Estate Planning Sections of the California State Bar.
