June Lee is a senior associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2011.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lee was an associate in the securities and corporate governance group of another prominent New York City law firm where she represented major investment banks, financial institutions and individuals in securities and general commercial litigation. She conducted and managed extensive pre-trial discovery and performed many aspects of federal and state litigation and government investigations.
While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Lee also held internships at the Public Law Center in Santa Ana, California, and the Pennsylvania Economy League in Philadelphia.
