Daniel is an associate in Lieff Cabraser's New York office with a practice focused on personal injury and mass torts as well as consumer class actions. He is currently working on the Zimmer Durom Cup litigation, the ING Direct consumer class action, as well as various other personal injury matters, including Stryker Rejuvenate/AGBII,Infuse, Simply Thick, and transvaginal mesh.
Daniel completed his J.D., cum laude, at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law. During law school, Daniel was a summer associate at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, where he aided with litigation on behalf of low-income consumers victimized by fraudulent business practices. Daniel also worked previously as a law clerk at Zipkin Whiting Co., a plaintiff-side employment law practice.
After graduation from law school, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Carol Higbee, a New Jersey Superior Court Civil Division Presiding Judge, assisting Judge Higbee on numerous cases involving complex and unique issues in pharmaceutical and environmental mass torts.
