Vicky Baker began her career in Florida's public education system, where she spent 12 years as a special education and regular education teacher. She entered Florida State Law School in 2000 at the age of 39, graduating in December, 2002. Vicky spent a year representing indigent clients in family law and domestic violence cases while working for Northwest Florida Legal Services. She continued her law career at the Florida State Attorney's Office, practicing as a misdemeanor and then felony prosecutor for approximately 6 years. Following that, Vicky worked as a senior attorney at the Department of Children and Families. Vicky has now brought her varied educational and professional experiences to her partnership with Laura Coleman.
