Rachele M. Van Arsdale is an associate of Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C. Ms. Van Arsdale's commitment to her family's legacy of fighting for and protecting the rights of America's working class men and women is demonstrated by the care and devotion she shows each and every client. Her primary area of concentration is construction accident litigation under the New York State Labor Law and she also handles general negligence matters.

Ms. Van Arsdale had extensive involvement in community outreach and pro bono work during law school. Upon graduating from Rutgers University School of Law she was awarded the Dean's Pro Bono Publico Award by volunteering her time and legal skills for those unable to afford legal representation. Throughout law school Ms. Van Arsdale worked with teens inside the Camden County Juvenile Detention Center, educating them on criminal and constitutional law issues. Upon graduating she received the Herb and Tricia Hinkle Award for commitment to educating Camden's youth about the law.

Ms. Van Arsdale is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York City Trial Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
