John D. Kwapnioski was born in Omaha, Nebraska on December 8, 1972. He was admitted to bar in 1998 for Nebraska and U.S. District Court, District of Nebraska in 2001; Iowa and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Iowa in 2001. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha magna cum laude with a B.S. in 1995 and received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1998. John is authorized to electronically file in U.S. District Courts (including Bankruptcy Courts) for Nebraska and Southern District of Iowa. He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association (Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section), the Iowa Bar Association (Commercial and Bankruptcy Law, Probate Property and Trust Law), Pottawattamie County Bar Association, and Council Bluffs Estate Planning Council. He is a Board Member of Metropolitan Community College Legal Assistant Advisory Board and is an Adjunct Instructor at Metropolitan Community College.
