Brooke is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. She is a member of the Business Litigation Section.

Brooke is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association (MSBA) and its Women in the Legal Profession Committee. She serves on the board of directors for the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Association, as well as Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN), for which she is chair of the Fund-Raising Committee. Brooke is also a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers (MWL), where she serves as co-chair of the organization’s Program Committee and a former co-chair of MWL’s Student to Attorney Mentor Committee. In addition, Brooke provides pro bono assistance to low-income clients of SMRLS and VLN in the areas of housing and debt collection.

Born in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, Brooke received a B.A. magna cum laude from Concordia College, majoring in English literature (with honors) and political science/history. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she was a senior editor of the law review, Fides et Iustitia ("faith and justice"). While attending law school, Brooke was honored with the "Excellence in Professional Preparation Award." She joined Briggs in 2007.
