Heather M. Jonczak is an Associate focusing her practice in the areas of probate, trust, and guardianship law; construction litigation; and commercial litigation. Ms. Jonczak participates in all phases of litigation, handling cases from inception to completion. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Jonczak earned her J.D., with honors, from Florida State University College of Law, clerked for several law firms throughout Florida, and interned at the Leon County Public Defender, Second Judicial Circuit, in the Criminal Felony Division.
