William “Will” James, Esq. manages the Veterans Benefit Claims Group. After providing a decade of war time military service to the United States Navy submarine force, Mr. James received an honorable discharge and went on to complete his J.D. (Doctorate of Jurisprudence). Mr. James service time with the U.S. Navy cultivated his meticulous attention to detail and enduring commitment for education. As a Navy Veteran, he understands all too well the critical importance tied to receiving Veteran Benefits in a timely manner. As a Bar Certified Attorney he vigorously advocates for veterans rights and their families. He works diligently to ensure that veterans and their families receive all the benefits that they worked hard to obtain. This is especially true for those veterans who have been injured while defending our country.

In addition to his vibrant role in Veteran advocacy, Mr. James is passionately involved in community activities. He volunteers at The Living Gospel Church – Round Rock, TX and serves in the position of Elder. He participates in the youth ministry and serves as the Church’s General Counsel. Mr. James enjoys active debate and public speaking. He competes regularly in functions sponsored by Toastmasters International. He is married and lives with his family outside of Austin, Texas – the State’s capital also known as the Live Music Capital of the World®.
