Rader Jackson has been actively practicing law with the same firm since 1958. His practice includes real estate law, expropriations, foreclosures, title examination and insurance, real estate development financing, secured transactions, oil and gas law and commercial litigation. Mr. Jackson is directly and primarily responsible for the firm's banking/mortgage banking/servicing clients who are in need of foreclosure, expropriations, deeds in lieu, bankruptcy and related legal services.
He attended Tulane University earning his L.L. B. in 1958. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana State Courts, United States Federal Courts, United States Tax Courts and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations and is a founding member of the National Association of Foreclosure Professionals. He is active in various professional, civic and social organizations.
