Chanda Hinman is an associate in Dickstein Shapiro's Business Litigation Practice who manages complex cases from inception to conclusion in both state and federal courts. In addition to her trial experience, Ms. Hinman has second chaired arbitrations, conducted mediations, organized and managed extensive document reviews, and taken the lead in writing complicated briefs, expert retention and preparation, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals in significant business litigation cases from the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Additionally, Ms. Hinman is active in Dickstein Shapiro's community through her representation of the firm's Los Angeles associates on the firm's Attorney Professional Liaison Committee and as a member of the firm's Quality Assurance Committee.
Ms. Hinman is also dedicated to her pro bono work as an active volunteer with the Alliance for Children's Rights and the Constitutional Rights Foundation.
