Lisa graduated from Boise State University with a B.A. in Education and a M.S. in Educational Technology. During her studies at Boise State University she spent a summer in Puebla, Mexico at the Universidad de las Americas studying advanced Spanish and Mexican Civilization. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. Lisa worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable R. Barry Wood. She gained valuable courtroom experience while executing her duties as a legal intern at the Latah County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Lisa practices in the area of family law, criminal law, general civil litigation, and immigration. In the area of family law, Lisa aggressively pursues her clients' interests both in and out of the courtroom. She has handled family law cases ranging from simple modifications of child support to relocation cases to complex divorces with issues of valuation of real and personal property.
Aside from her law practice, Lisa is a member of the local Inns of Court and volunteers with the juvenile diversion program, the Neighborhood Accountability Board. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Family Law Section of the Idaho State Bar. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys traveling, learning languages, and golfing.
Lisa is fluent in Spanish and knows American Sign Language.
