Mr. Schlacter is an associate at the Firm, whose practice focuses primarily on complex commercial, general commercial, construction and real estate litigation. Brett graduated Summa Cum-Laude from Nova Southeastern University, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Nova Law Review. During law school Brett clerked for the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke, U.S. District Court Judge. Brett has experience in business, finanace and marketing from employment prior to and during law school.
