Haedt, Allison E.

Brian is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group.  He regularly handles matters involving Criminal Defense, Traffic Violations, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation and Landlord/Tenant disputes on behalf of individuals and businesses in Surry and Stokes Counties.  In addition to his trial practice, Brian is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, an organization dedicated to protecting people’s rights, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Surry County Bar Association. 

Brian graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005.  Following his graduation he worked for Child Care Services Association, a non-profit organization in Chapel Hill.  While there, he was an advocate and counselor for child care providers, helping them to increase their education and their income.  After his time with CCSA, he attended North Carolina Central School of Law, graduating in 2010.  While at NCCU, Brian was a member of the Public Interest Law Organization and served as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer in Durham.

In his spare time Brian enjoys spending time with his family, watching UNC athletics, exercising and fishing.
