David graduated from Yale University (B.A. 1989) and from the University of Michigan Law School (J.D. 1996). From his background in commercial real estate, he brings extensive experience in multi-million dollar commercial property purchases and sales, borrower- and lender-side financing transactions, and significant commercial lease negotiations representing landlords and tenants for office, retail, and biotech lab spaces. His marine financing business focuses on construction financing of mega-yachts for lenders in transactions in the United States, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and others; and permanent financing and registration of vessels in the United States, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Antigua, and the British Virgin Islands among others. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and its Real Property and Land Use sections. David currently serves on the Guilford, Connecticut Planning and Zoning Commission as well as its Planning Committee. He is a board member of the Guilford Keeping Society.
