Raul V. Rodriguez is a bilingual Spanish-speaking attorney who concentrates his practice on representing workers injured in the course of their employment. Prior to joining GWC, Raul gained vast experience representing industrial workers in toxic tort litigation. Raul is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and before the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During his time at GWC, Raul has obtained several noteworthy settlements and verdicts for his clients. Most recently, Raul obtained a six-figure settlement for an undocumented union laborer who suffered a right fibular fracture as a result of work place injury. In that particular case, Raul quadrupled the worker’s pro-se offer by diligently representing the client.  Raul has also gained valuable experience successfully handling cases for workers with total hip replacements, total knee replacements, carpel tunnel syndrome and spinal fusions. He has also worked on wrongful death cases.

Given his Hispanic background and bilingual skills, Raul has devoted much of his career to representing Latino-American men, women and families in Illinois who have suffered serious injuries in the workplace. As part of his work with the Latino community, Raul regularly gives lectures to latino workers on their work place rights and work place safety.
 
Raul is a graduate of the University of Florida, Cum Laude, and DePaul University College of Law. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, The Illinois State Bar Association and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois. Prior to attending Law school, Raul worked in Colorado where he taught underprivileged children how to ski. Raul is a native Floridian who has made Chicago his home. He enjoys running, deep-sea fishing, reading and watching SEC Football.
