Michael Gleason's practice focuses primarily on antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state government regulation, counseling, and class action litigation. Michael has represented clients in antitrust matters in a variety of industries, including health care, insurance, retail, and telecommunications. During law school Michael worked at the Anticompetitive Practices Division of the Federal Trade Commission, investigating group boycotts, price-fixing, and standards-setting bodies.
Michael recently contributed to updating the judicial relief and remedies chapter of the third edition of the M&A Handbook. He is a member of the New York bar as well as the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
