Paula Quist has represented clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including product liability (medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and nutritional food products) actions, pharmaceutical patent disputes arising under the federal Hatch-Waxman Act, shareholder derivative suits, actions arising under state consumer fraud acts, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, actions arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the defense of commercial class actions. Paula has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout the country and has significant experience in all phases of litigation, including all aspects of discovery, motion practice, oral argument, trial, and appeals. She also has experience representing clients in alternative dispute proceedings.
