Lee Pollack's practice is focused on complex civil litigation, with experience assisting clients in a variety of fields including in the energy, finance, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries. Lee's recent work has included advising clients with regard to the recognition of foreign judgments in the U.S. and abroad and with the evaluation of potential claims under complex commercial and financial contracts. He also is part of the team acting as special counsel for Lehman Brothers Holdings and its affiliated debtors and has represented Lehman in connection with adversary and other proceedings involving valuation disputes under swap agreements. Lee has substantial experience with prelitigation motion practice and discovery, including cross-border discovery disputes.
Lee's pro bono practice includes assisting low-income tenants in housing court through Jones Day's participation in the Legal Aid Society's Adopt-A-Building program.
In addition to his practice with the Firm, Lee has served the New York State Board of Law Examiners as a bar examination grader since 2009.
