Jill E. Fox specializes in real estate and business litigation, including development, leasing, finance, and real estate transaction disputes. She has represented clients in matters involving commercial and residential property, common interest developments, closely held businesses, mortgage and deed of trust issues, foreclosure, receivership issues, guarantor liability, commercial leasing, anti-SLAPP issues, and professional standards of care and conduct. PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Jill is an adjunct professor at Lincoln Law School of San Jose, where she teaches legal writing. She is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and chair of the Professionalism Committee. She is Vice-Chair and a founding board member of the Bay Area Urban Debate League, an education nonprofit that brings academic debate to regional urban high schools.
Before practicing law, Jill produced educational television programming for PBS, Lifetime Medical Television, and corporate clients.
Jill obtained her undergraduate degree from Vassar College and her Masters in Journalism from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California, where she also taught undergraduate writing.
