Mr. Pickard, a Chattanooga native, received his law degree from University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Prior to graduation, Mr. Pickard has worked for firms in both civil and criminal law, including both the Bradley County District Attorney and the United States Attorney's office. Additionally, Mr. Pickard was privileged to intern with the Honorable R. Thomas Stinnett of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Tennessee, as well as the Honorable Susan K. Lee of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee. Since graduation, Mr. Pickard has represented numerous clients in both civil and criminal cases.
