Kristin Collins is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Commercial Department of WilmerHale. She joined the firm in 2001.

Practice

Ms. Collins’s practice focuses on commercial and bankruptcy law, including commercial lending transactions and corporate reorganizations. Ms. Collins has served as counsel to corporate debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and assisted borrowers in obtaining commercial loans.

Ms. Collins is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
