Josh Oxenhandler has been practicing law in Columbia for the past decade, helping families and local businesses. With experience in the Courtroom and at the settlement table, Josh understands that the process of delivering results and protecting client interests is complex and diverse. Josh is a Columbia native and grew up in and around the legal community. Josh practices in the areas of family law, business law and estate planning.

Starting a business, running a business or selling a business, Josh provides his clients with support, information and technology to help his clients succeed.

An estate plan that addresses all of a clients basic needs; a trust to protect a clients minor children, or a generation-skipping or Sentinel Trust to protect a client with extraordinary assets, Josh has experience ensuring that his clients have every tool at their disposal to protect their assets.
Practicing in every Courtroom in central Missouri, including the Court of Appeals, Josh has the experience to defend his clients rights wherever the need may arise.
During the course of his professional life, Josh has remain committed to this community, serving on the Board of Directors of numerous local not-for-profits and helping to shape the ideals of our growing community. Giving back to the community that he and his wife, Kim, have grown up in, is an important commitment for the Oxenhandlers. Josh continues to engage in local community endeavors, serving as the legal liaison for the Phoenix Programs, the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the True/False Film Festival, Ragtag Theater, Roots’n’Blues’BBQ and the Heart of Missouri United Way.
