Born in Clearwater, Mr. Burke is a native of the Tampa Bay area. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in communications and received his juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Mr. Burke's practice is primarily first party insurance litigation. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of the State of Florida, as well as the Federal Court of the Middle District of Florida.
In his spare time, Mr. Burke enjoys coaching little league baseball and spending time with his wife and three children.
