Bradley Ennis is an Associate in the Gulfport Office and practices in the firm's Environmental and Natural Resources Section. Bradley's practice encompasses a wide range of federal and state environmental matters including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, CERCLA/RCRA and a variety of state environmental laws.
Additionally, Bradley is currently serving as outside counsel for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality to assist in Mississippi's Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) claim related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Bradley was the Director of the Wetlands Regulatory Program at the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources which included certification of projects under the Mississippi Coastal Wetlands Protection Act and the Coastal Zone Management Act. Bradley has also served as a law clerk for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IV, Atlanta, GA and was a participant in the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, International and Comparative Environmental Law Clinic in San Jose, Costa Rica.
In addition to graduating cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law, Bradley holds a Masters of Science in Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Mississippi.
