Attorney Kathleen Hayne Robertson is the head of the workers' compensation division. Dedicated to serving injured workers throughout Western Pennsylvania, she uses her thorough knowledge of workers' compensation law as well as her demonstrated trial experience to help clients receive the benefits they are entitled to.
Whether her clients have suffered serious catastrophic injuries in a serious construction accident or from carpal tunnel syndrome, Kathleen works diligently to pursue fair workers' compensation. She also represents those who have been unfairly denied workers' compensation and those whose current benefits may be threatened before they have achieved maximum recovery. Because of her efforts and committed client service, Kathleen was included on the Rising Stars list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine in 2011. This designation is reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of forty or who have been practicing law less than 10 years in Pennsylvania.
After receiving her bachelor's degree from Clarion University, Kathleen went on to obtain her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is member of the Pennsylvania and Lawrence County Bar Associations.
