Duquette, Jeffrey J.

Mr. Dunnigan graduated with honors from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in 1984. He was named Who's Who Among American Law Students and was the Winner of the Chief Justice Currico Moot Court Competition. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia since 1985.
