Dulas, DeAnne L.

Allan Dunaway graduated from the University of Louisville College of Arts & Sciences with Bachelor of Science in 1996, and continued his education at Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. After graduating from law school in May, 1999, Allan began practicing law in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1999 and then in Indiana in 2000. Allan's initial areas of practice included divorce, personal injury, business litigation with a focus on bankruptcy proceedings, and estate planning. In 2002, Allan opened his own office and since that time has focused his practice on bankruptcy, divorce and estate planning. Allan's bankruptcy practice is primarily in the bankruptcy court for both Louisville (Western District of Kentucky) and Lexington (Eastern District of Kentucky), and the bankruptcy court for Southern Indiana (serving Jeffersonville and New Albany). In 2009, with the increase in cases filed in the southern Indiana bankruptcy court, the office in Jeffersonville, Indiana, was opened to make serving bankruptcy clients in southern Indiana more convenient.

Allan is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana, as well as being admitted to practice in the following federal courts: Western District of Kentucky, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Southern District of Indiana.

Outside of practicing law, Allan is a father of three boys and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children. Their favorite activities involve anything outdoors, such as sports, camping, or spending time in one of Louisville's great city parks. He is a proud and active member of his family's church, and volunteers time coaching children's sports and working at church events.

Annie Buehner is a paralegal with over nine years' experience in bankruptcy practice. Prior to joining Allan's team, Annie worked for another bankruptcy firm where she focused exclusively on Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings in the bankruptcy courts in Louisville, Lexington, and New Albany. Since joining Allan's practice in 2011, Annie has expanded her expertise to include Chapter 13 filings, as well as gaining valuable experience in divorce cases and estate planning techniques.

Annie is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and lives in Louisville with her husband and two children.
