Vernon Goldschmid received a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from UCLA and subsequently, earned a law degree from UCLA School of Law in 1961.
He is the Senior Partner and co-founder of the law firm of Goldschmid, Silver and Spindel and has specialized in Workers' Compensation law for over 40 years.
In addition to Mr. Goldschmid's litigation and partnership responsibilities, he has been a past president of the Southern California Applicants Attorney's Association, has sat for several years on the Board of Governors of the California Applicants Attorney's Association and was a consultant to the Industrial Medical Council in preparation of the Physicians' Guide to Medical Practice in the California Workers' Compensation System.
Over the years, Mr. Goldschmid has been a featured speaker on worker's compensation issues for several forums including law school classes and legal conventions specializing in industrial injuries.
