For over 24 years as a trial lawyer, Rob has achieved remarkable success for his clients in the courtroom. Clients have come to know Rob as a caring and thoughtful attorney, who is a relentless and tenacious champion of his client's cause. Rob graduated with highest honors from Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges, where he was editor of the college newspaper, "the Other Side", and wrote his honors thesis on, "The American Sense of Mission in United States Foreign Policy." Rob earned his law degree at Northeastern University School of Law where he also taught legal writing and research. As an attorney, Rob had the opportunity to clerk in federal court with the Honorable Volney V. Brown, Jr., at the United States District Court House in Los Angeles. As a young attorney, Rob learned his way around a countroom representing business powerhouses such as Comcast Corporation, Charter Communications, Krispy Kreme Corporation and Pep Boys. Since then, Rob has turned his attention to representing employees, consumers, and accident victiems. On behalf of his clients, Rob has litigated against some of the most powerful corporations in the world, such as IBM, Mobile Oil Company, Raytheon Corporation and General Electric. He has recovered millions of dollars worth of settlements and judgments for his clients.
