Michael H. Reich is an experienced litigator having handled many civil and commercial matters as Trial Counsel and Appellate Counsel.

Michael H. Reich, an attorney, has extensive experience in the area of mortgage foreclosures and receiverships, and organized  training sessions for  court appointed referees and served as the principal lecturer at these required courses.  Michael H. Reich also served as a Court Examiner for Annual Accountings required under Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law in the 1st department Appellate Division.  Mr. Reich under the direction of the Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court revamped how foreclosure auctions would take place in Queens.  No longer held on the Courthouse steps, all auctions now take place in the Courthouse under the supervision of a Supreme Court Justice.
