DiCenso, Gina

Gina A. DiCenso serves in an of-counsel capacity to Formisano & Company.  Her practice includes representation of employees in a wide range of matters including discrimination and harassment claims, severance negotiation, medical leave claims, whistleblower claims, wage and hour claims, and ERISA claims.

She also practices in the area of municipal and labor law and civil and business litigation and is engaged by attorneys in Rhode Island for her specialty in the area of legal research, writing and analysis of claims and defenses.

Ms. DiCenso is the former Chair of the Rhode Island State Labor Relations Board.

Ms. DiCenso practices before both federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies.  She is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association. 

Ms. DiCenso is a graduate of Georgetown University and St. John’s University School of Law.
