Daiker, Paul B.

Not long after being admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1993, Paul began working with Larry Zukerman. Their personalities complemented each other, a dynamic partnership which has become even more finely tuned over time.

In addition to criminal cases and DUI/OVI defense, Paul concentrates on civil rights, divorce and juvenile cases. An experienced, savvy negotiator, he is skilled at breaking through difficult and complex issues, an ability which often increases the potential for positive resolutions.

He is often a presenter at legal seminars for fellow attorneys, from the basics of trying a case to DUI/OVI, traffic laws, and ethics.

Paul received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee in 1990 and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993, where he made Dean's List and was a member of the Cleveland State Law Review. Paul has also been named an Ohio Super Lawyer, a rare distinction, and was named a Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Away from the office, Paul enjoys running, playing basketball, watching Cavs games and spending time with his family, not in that order. He has passed his childhood love of collecting baseball cards on to his sons Jack and Aidan; Quinn, a toddler, has demonstrated the sharp decline in value that teeth marks can bring to a mint 1966 Frank Robinson.
