Michael Cunningham obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law. Prior to joining Baker & Cunningham, LLP, Michael worked at one of the most prominent intellectual property law firms in the country. Since joining the firm in 2007, Michael has focused his practice on the representation of individuals in lawsuits related to wrongful termination and wage issues.
Michael has represented clients in a broad range of employment related matters, including: wage and hour violations, disability discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, meal and rest period violations, unlawful retaliation, California Family Rights Act violations, and workplace violence issues.
Michael is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, American Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
