Mr. Coco's work for the past 30+ years has been focused almost exclusively on litigation with an emphasis on employment conflicts. He has extensive experience representing both employers and employees and this allows him to provide clients with a genuine and balanced perspective from both points of view.

However, Mr. Coco also believes one must always be open to finding creative and effective solutions and should pursue alternative means to resolve the issues at hand in the most constructive and cost effective manner for a client.
