Clement, Scott Howard

Marcel received his Bachelors in Business Administration in 2005 from the University of Puerto Rico.  In 2009 he received his Juris Doctor from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.  Marcel is a member of the Florida Bar and practices Family Law.  As the son of divorced parents, Marcel knows the difficulties and emotional distress that divorce can create in families, especially children.  Although Marcel has a passion for litigation, he is dedicated to resolving cases quickly through alternative dispute resolution, with the goal of reducing harm to the families.

Marcel is an advocate of community service programs that benefit children.  He was a volunteer in the Sports and Recreation Department of Puerto Rico as a basketball coach for teens from public housing communities.  In Florida Marcel continues in his efforts to help the community by participating in events that benefit Non-Profit Organizations like Walk for Wishes 5K and the Susan G. Komen Global Race for the Cure.  His hobbies include volleyball, SCUBA diving, and riding his motorcycle
