Mr. Buxeda-Ferrer is experienced in drafting and negotiating documentation related to complex corporate and securities law transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, project finance, public-private partnerships, preferred stock issuances, the organization of Puerto Rico mutual funds, debt issuances, debt restructurings and loan financings.

Mr. Buxeda-Ferrer has acted as underwriter's and lender’s counsel in connection with the issuance of billions of dollars in debt instruments and as counsel for both purchasers and sellers in large Puerto Rico acquisitions.
