Rick Bold represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex trial and appellate litigation.
Rick currently represents corporate clients, including a Fortune 50 retailer, in a variety of business disputes, including antitrust, breach of contract and professional liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Rick served as a law clerk to Judge J.L. Edmondson, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before attending law school, Rick worked as an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare Corporate Finance Group at Wachovia Securities.
Rick received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an editor of the Law Review and as president of the Federalist Society chapter. Rick won his law school’s most prestigious moot court competition.
Rick received his undergraduate degree in politics and economics, magna cum laude, from Davidson College. He also received a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, where he graduated near the top of his class and served as a Graduate Student Minister at The Brick Presbyterian Church of New York City.
