Attorney Patrick M. Bertrandt graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh (B.S. 1999) (magna cum laude) and was the recipient of the Socratic Award granted by the University of Oshkosh Philosophy Department. Attorney Bertrandt then received his law degree at the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D. 2002). While in California, Attorney Bertrandt worked at the San Diego Superior Court as a mediator resolving disputes between small claims litigants.
In 2002, Attorney Bertrandt took the Wisconsin Bar Examination and was admitted to practice law in this state. He began his practice as a general practitioner representing clients in criminal, family, and real estate matters. In addition, Attorney Bertrandt has also consulted on implementing a successful dispute resolution mechanism for Ford Motors Corporation.
In 2006 he was elected chairperson for the Wisconsin Young Lawyers Division and represents the interests of lawyers and the community both in Wisconsin and throughout the country. He presently focuses his practice on representing the interests of victims injured in accidents.
Attorney Bertrandt is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association and Wisconsin Bar Associations. He has also been admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, United States Eastern and Western District Courts of the State of Wisconsin and all other courts in the State of Wisconsin.
