Since 1978 Bennett J. Baker has been privileged to represent injured people in their struggle for justice against insurance companies and large corporations.  During this time he has also given time back to his profession by lecturing at numerous seminars pertaining to personal injury and trial practice as well as chairing various bar association groups in this field.

Mr. Baker obtained a 2.600,000.00 settlement for a 35 year old female who was struck while in her car by a County Sheriff responding to an emergency call.  The Plaintiff sustained fractures of her pelvis and left elbow, a brain stem injury, partial paralysis and cognitive impairment.
