Anstaett, Elizabeth L.

Brian M. Anson is an Associate with the firm of Insler & Hermann, LLP, and has been successfully representing disabled claimants across the United States since 1997. He graduated from SUNY-Binghamton in 1992 and in 1995 earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.  After serving as a prosecutor in Nassau County for several years, Brian joined a large national law firm, representing disabled claimants mostly in the New York metropolitan area.  He has experience in many New York based disability law firms, where he has gained extensive experience representing the disabled in Social Security Disability, New York State Workers’ Compensation, and Veterans’ claims. 

Brian joined Insler & Herman, LLP as an Associate in 2009 and now represents our clients in all aspects of their disability claims.

Brian is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and in the Federal District Courts.  In his spare time he enjoys playing guitar and piano, watching nature documentaries, and cooking.
