Zoubek, Nancy A.

Nancy Zoubek's practice focuses on trademark, unfair competition, copyright, and Internet-related matters. She worked at Pennie & Edmonds from 1989 through 2003 and has extensive experience managing and assisting in the creation and protection of the international trademark and copyright portfolios of many different clients.

Her practice includes counseling clients in the selection and adoption of trademarks and the protection, enforcement, licensing, and transfer of intellectual property rights in the United States and worldwide. Nancy is active in opposition proceedings, cancellation proceedings, and infringements in various countries and with assisting clients in trademark, copyright, and Internet-related agreements. She has also represented clients as special counsel in complex acquisitions.

Nancy is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has served on various committees of INTA. She is also a member of the American and New York State bar associations and has lectured on due diligence for the Practising Law Institute. Nancy has studied and traveled abroad, including an internship with a law firm in Japan while in law school. She also worked with several international agencies in the Philippines.
