Sarah McClure is a litigator who has significant experience handling a variety of complex employment litigation matters, including employment discrimination class actions and FLSA collective actions. She represents clients in all areas of litigation under state and federal employment law statutes, including the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Sarah also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as arbitration and mediation, and she routinely counsels clients on all aspects of employment law, such as employee hiring and termination, employment contracts, releases, covenants not to compete, reductions in force, and investigation of employee complaints.
In addition, Sarah has significant experience in retiree health care benefit strategies and related litigation.
She is coauthor of the workbook Employee Benefits in a Changing Global Economy (February 2007).
