Ken Albridge is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Group in the Madison office, where the primary focus of his practice is in the area of patent litigation. In addition to intellectual property litigation, Mr. Albridge also has experience in various other litigation related matters, including complex contractual disputes and governmental administrative proceedings. Mr. Albridge is involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation and has experience preparing briefs and legal memoranda, conducting legal research, working with expert witnesses, handling discovery matters, and arguing pre-trial motions before the court.
Mr. Albridge received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia and graduated from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he received a Juris Doctor Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. While attending law school, Mr. Albridge completed extensive coursework related to intellectual property matters and was an active member of The John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law.
