Firm founder Dennis McCarthy is a 1989 graduate of Creighton University School of Law.  He began his legal career as vehicular crimes prosecutor  in Gila County, Arizona.  There, he prosecuted thousands of vehicular crimes ranging from misdemeanor DUIs up to vehicular homicides.  He was promoted to Senior Attorney responsible for prosecuting thousands of major felony crimes including Murder, Robbery, Arson, Kidnapping, Child Molestation and White Collar Crimes, to name a few.  He rose to the rank of Chief Deputy.  In 1997 Dennis was awarded the prestigous "Prosecutor of the Year" by the Arizona Prosecuting Attorney's Advisory Council.  Dennis is a former certified law enforcement officer; he served five years as a police officer in Globe, Arizona in the uniform patrol division.

Dennis has been in private practice since 2001.  His primary practice areas are criminal defense, immigration law and personal injury.  He has defended hundreds of clients charged with crimes including DUI, Assault, Robbery, Sexual Assault, Kidnapping, White Collar Crimes and Murder. Dennis has extensive jury trial experience in his 20 year career as a lawyer.  He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, the Arizona Bar Association and the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.
