Patrick F. McAllister is a partner in the Ridgeland, Mississippi law firm of Williford McAllister & Jacobus, LLP since its founding in 1991. His main areas of practice include business litigation, creditor rights and lender liability litigation, trust and estate litigation, nursing home defense and general civil litigation. He is a 1977 graduate of Western Illinois University and 1981 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. Following graduation, Mr. McAllister served as lawclerk to Hon. W. Harold Cox, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi from 1981 to 1983. He is a member of the Mississippi and Fifth Circuit Bars, the Madison County Bar Association and the Capital Area Bar Association. Mr. McAllister is also a certified mediator and listed on the Mississippi Bar’s list of Court Annexed Mediation Program Mediators.
