Yoerges, Roger W.

Anne Yarovoy is a senior associate at Lvovich, Volchegursky & Szucsko, LLP, whose practice areas include intellectual property, general civil litigation and family law. Ms. Yarovoy counsels on a broad range of matters including divorce and custody disputes, contract and business litigation, and intellectual property law, addressing both traditional and technology based IP.

Ms. Yarovoy earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with a degree in Philosophy, emphasis in ethics and public policy, and a minor in Russian. She earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, concentrating her studies on transactional business law. During her schooling, Ms. Yarovoy was a Dean’s Honor List recipient and a member of the International Law Society, Intellectual Property Law Association, and The Capital Group (Corporate Asset-Management Property Investment and Tax Association of Law Students). Ms. Yarovoy also studied international transactional law in Bangkok, Thailand under the Distinguished Professor Emeritus of International and Comparative Law, Dr. Sompong Sucharitkul. She was also a research assistant to Associate Dean David Oppenheimer, addressing comparative international legal problems.

Ms. Yarovoy is a member of the Intellectual Property Law section of the California State Bar, and an active member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
